    The implementation of the "Three Above" star enterprise statistics management  is the first time this year to use the management measure by Shandong Provincial Statistic Bureau which is divided into six grades that named none-star grade, one-star grade , two-star grade, three-star grade, four-star  grade and five-star grade, five-star grade is the highest star grade.

    The acceptance used the site inspection data, field grade manner, including the statistics institutions and statisticians, statistical work of the software and hardware facilities, statistics report, original records and statistical parameter, data management, statistical analysis, legal system construction, veto projects such as the eight items, total score 1000 points.
